Grainger Named a Great Place to Work

W.W. Grainger Inc. announced its U.S. business segment has been certified as a Great Place to Work® by the Great Place to Work® Institute.
To achieve certification from the institute, organizations must anonymously survey their employees based on a variety of key research-backed workplace metrics and submit a complete culture brief detailing internal programs and practices. Great Place to Work certification is based on meeting or exceeding the institute’s long-established benchmarks.
